01 / Privacy & POPIA
Your details stay purposeful.
When you send a private request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, selected piece, delivery area, and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, confirm availability, prepare an invoice, arrange delivery or warranty support, and keep the records needed to operate the transaction.
We do not sell your details. We share only what is needed with a supplier, delivery partner, or service provider helping us complete your request. Resend processes the request email so it can reach lee@thulare.com. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service, accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution requirements.
To ask for access, correction, deletion where applicable, or a privacy question, contact lee@thulare.com or +27 71 846 0475. We do not use your request for marketing unless you separately agree.
02 / Acquisition terms
A request is not yet a sale.
Submitting the private request starts a conversation. It does not reserve the item or create a sale. We first confirm availability, condition, specifications, delivery access, and any installation requirement.
Prices are in South African Rand. Availability, delivery, installation, lead time, warranty terms, and any supplier-specific conditions are confirmed on the invoice or written quotation. Product images, dimensions, and generated visual studies are for presentation; confirm the exact item in writing before payment.
You are responsible for accurate contact details, delivery instructions, estate permissions, and access measurements. The returns and warranty policy applies alongside any product-specific invoice terms. Nothing here limits rights that apply under South African consumer law.
03 / Invoice & payment
Review first. Pay safely.
Thulare currently uses an invoice-first process. We do not take card payment on this website. Your invoice states the selected product, price, delivery or installation charges, accepted payment method, due date, and any product-specific terms.
We schedule dispatch only after cleared payment or written payment terms agreed by Thulare. Never pay a changed bank account from an unverified follow-up message. Confirm any amended payment instruction directly with lee@thulare.com or +27 71 846 0475.
For returns and warranty, see the Aftercare page. For the underlying public guidance, visit the Information Regulator and the Consumer Protection Act.
This page is written in plain language for customer clarity and is not a substitute for legal advice. Before public launch, confirm the exact registered legal entity, Information Officer details, retention schedule, and invoice terms with a South African legal or compliance adviser.
