For the room,
not the transaction.
A considered purchase should feel calm. We keep the process clear, personal, and proportionate to the piece you are bringing home.

01 Client care
A quieter kind of
follow-through.
From the first question to the final placement, the practical details remain visible and the conversation remains human.
01 Before you commit
We confirm availability, dimensions, condition, and any relevant lead time so the piece makes sense for your room before you proceed.
02 While the piece moves
We coordinate the delivery window, estate access, handling requirements, and the practical details that are easy to overlook.
03 At your door
White-glove delivery means discreet arrival, careful unboxing, a visual check, and considered placement in the space.
04 When you need a person
Use the private request form for a direct conversation. Ask the questions that matter; a considered answer is part of the service.

We would rather help you choose the right piece than rush you into the wrong one.

02 Returns & warranty
Clear terms for a
considered purchase.
Product-specific terms and your statutory rights are always preserved on the final invoice.
01 / Returns
Before it arrives.
- You may cancel a request before an invoice is issued.
- After invoicing and before dispatch, contact us immediately. Any supplier or transport cost will be confirmed with you before it is incurred.
- Inspect the piece with the delivery team. Report visible transit damage, missing parts, or the wrong item within 48 hours, with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- Custom, installed, assembled, used, or clearance pieces are assessed under their product-specific terms and are not automatically returnable for change of mind.
02 / Warranty
After it arrives.
- Where a manufacturer warranty is supplied, its period and conditions appear on your invoice and begin from the stated invoice or delivery date.
- Thulare remains your first point of contact and will help coordinate a valid warranty claim with the supplier or manufacturer.
- Warranty cover does not usually include misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, unauthorised repairs, or incorrect installation. The product warranty controls where it differs.
- Keep your invoice, delivery record, serial number, and photographs. They help us resolve a claim quickly.
